Yoga Flexibility Exercises For Neck Pain.

I found this wonderful girl on You Tube her name is Ester Ekhart, her Channel name is Ekhart Yoga, and she is wonderful at what she does. Here she is showing some very basic exercises for a stiff and painful neck, which I have personally used and I have found super.

Now I like to use my site to share exercises that I find beneficial myself and also which I feel my patients will find beneficial.  Neck and shoulders would be a stiff area for myself and I have found this particular video very helpful to get my neck loosened up.

Remember if you find any of the exercises painful, stop and consult your own Doctor/Chiropractor before continuing.  Remember as with all flexibility exercises consistent regular repetition is what helps, don’t force anything gently does it.
